AdBioTeK's Bio-ACCESS is a «door opener» plate developed for the control and opening of devices such as turnstiles, garage access gates, server racks, safe deposit boxes, refrigerators, etc. Simple and easy to install, it is an ideal add-on for Bio-IDENT, enabling you to add Biometric Security to any device you may want at a very low cost.
Bio-IDENT readers confirm or reject access authorization and/ or people identification on a stand-alone basis.
To be identified, users must simply place the tip of their enrolled finger on the reader. Bio-IDENT will identify, in real time, the user’s fingerprint against the complete internal database of fingerprint templates –Mathematical Fingerprint Model- stored inside the reader, and will send the opening prompt to Bio-ACCESS. In this way, only an authorized and identified user will have access to a restricted/ protected area or site.
