Addition of Individuals/ Employees
To make People Additions, Deletions or Changes, a «Help Wizard», is used. The Wizard will provide step-by-step information to facilitate data entry for each individual, including a picture captured via a Webcam or retrieved from a file stored in your computer hard drive. This software allows for enrollment, administration and registration of up to 10 fingerprints per individual.
Bio-ADMIN TA allows creating different groups of people, such as Employees, Outside Staff, Maintenance Staff, Owners, Visitors, Suppliers/Vendors, Temporary Staff, Security, etc.
The Enrollment Software performs a special Fingerprint «Cleaning and Reconstruction» process at the time the fingerprint is captured. This optimization process results in significantly-improved fingerprint «image» quality, thus generating a high-quality template –Mathematical Algorithm–.
These «powerful tools» included in our Software provide maximum enrollment template quality enhancement, which will result in optimum recognition when Identification takes place.
User Administration
Bio-ADMIN TA allows you to create completely configurable access levels to the various modules. Levels and/or administrator users, with password and/ or fingerprint identification, are limitless.
Web Reporting Module -Reportes Web-:
Reports have been developed using Web-based technology, which provides multi-user and multi-platform access from any console connected to the network (LAN/WAN). To use the Web-Reports module, you only need a Web browser.
The profile-based «methodology» allows generating very complex reports in a short time. The data viewing system is totally flexible and customizable, and generated events are exported in different formats, such as TXT, MS EXCEL, MS WORD, OpenOffice Calc, OpenOffice Write.
Data formats in flat, «TXT like» files are fully customizable and may be exported to Management, Human Resources and/or Time & Attendance Systems.
