By using a Web Server, Bio-REPORTES WEBdeveloped by AdBioTeK, you to make queries from any PC/ Console for Individuals and/ or Recorded Events (Access Events-System) centrally stored.
The new concept of Reports via a Web Server offered by AdBioTeK, allows «customizing» any desired reports and even printing and exporting them in different formats, such as TXT, MS EXCEL, MS WORD, OpenOffice Calc, OpenOffice Write, for subsequent data processing and printing and/or loading into Human Resources Management and/or Payroll Systems. Remember that the more accurate these data are, the more accurate the query will be.
Users log into the Bio-REPORTES WEB Module using an access ID and PIN or Personal Password; therefore, access to the various databases and/or management of different types of reports are limited.
Each user may store the «mask» or report or listing format they created in order to generate it again in the future, with no need to redesign the mask and simply requiring to change the desired time period.
This flexible format for Lists of Individuals and Event Reports will allow you to meet most user, sector and/ or department requirements from one or more companies in a group.
The Bio-REPORTES WEB does not require prior installation of software or drivers in the PC/Console where the queries will be generated. With only one graphic «Web Browser», the system will allow using the Reporting Module
There are no distance or language limits. By having access to and knowing the PC or Server IP address where data are centrally stored, remote queries may be generated from anywhere in the world. The entire interface works using a standart Web Browser.
The Bio-REPORTES WEB supports multiple languages. It is currently available in Spanish and English, but translation to any other language may be quickly obtained. Each user may have access in the language they find easier to handle.
